Shipping policy

Unfortunately, I have had many issues with shipments over the years, the postal service can be sticky sometimes. Whether it’s because it got stuck in customs and is not moving forward, or simply got lost. It’s frustrating but I cannot control the post. 

 PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE SELECTED TRACKING FOR YOUR ITEM! 

Standard post may be cheaper, but if lost, we have no idea where it was and I will NOT offer refunds or solutions for standard post purchases, as again, I have no control over that aspect.

If your package is tracked and we know that it will not arrive, I’m happy to discuss how to make this right.
